ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE & FORCE PRODUCTION ENHANCED

ADVANCED ACCELERATION · FORCE · POWER · 12 WEEKS

01 · STRUCTURE

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

A specialist performance pathway for experienced adults already following an independently chosen, medically supervised enhanced pathway.

02 · DURATION

SESSION TIME

Session frequency and duration will be confirmed during programme matching and final client-view verification. Allow adequate time for the programmed warm-up, full recovery between explosive efforts, setup and logging.

03 · SCOPE

EQUIPMENT

Requires an appropriately equipped gym plus safe suitable space and surfaces for sprinting, jumps, medicine-ball throws and change-of-direction work.

PROGRAMME FACTS & PHASES

Verified facts: 12 weeks; three progressive four-week phases; intended for experienced, technically competent adults; develops acceleration, force production, strength-speed, medicine-ball power, change-of-direction skill and aerobic capacity.

The Enhanced pathway uses modestly greater recoverable workload than the Natural pathway while preserving identical standards for technical quality, RIR, full rest and explosive velocity. Mandatory readiness reductions apply when sleep, joint comfort, warm-up output or movement quality decline. Enhancement never replaces sound programming, recovery management or technical standards.

PROGRAMME PHASES

PHASE 1 · BUILD THE ENHANCED ATHLETIC BASE

Establish movement quality, landing mechanics, sprint foundations and force-producing strength while keeping fatigue controlled.

PHASE 2 · AMPLIFY FORCE AND SPEED

Develop greater force production and faster athletic actions through progressively heavier strength work, higher-intent jumps and throws, longer aerobic work and more demanding acceleration and change-of-direction practice. Preserve clean mechanics and stop explosive work before quality drops.

PHASE 3 · EXPRESS PEAK POWER AND PERFORMANCE

Express force and speed through high-quality strength-speed work, maximal-intent power drills, faster change of direction and readiness-based conditioning. Week 12 reduces volume while retaining speed and technical quality.

WHAT THIS PROGRAMME DEVELOPS

Outcomes: acceleration, force production, strength-speed, medicine-ball power, change-of-direction skill and aerobic capacity, controlled with tempo, RIR, rest and recovery.

Balanced lower-body and posterior-chain strength plus useful athletic capacity.

Measurable progression through technique, tempo, RIR, rest and logging.

Results vary; nothing guaranteed.
