PROGRAMME PHASES
PHASE 1 · BUILD THE ATHLETIC BASE
Phase 1 Build the Athletic Base: movement quality, landing mechanics, sprint foundations and force-producing strength with controlled fatigue.
PHASE 2 · DEVELOP FORCE AND SPEED
Phase 2 Develop Force and Speed: progress strength, higher-intent jumps and throws, aerobic work, acceleration and change of direction while preserving mechanics.
PHASE 3 · EXPRESS POWER AND PERFORMANCE
Phase 3 Express Power and Performance: express strength-speed and power through maximal-intent drills, faster change of direction and readiness-based conditioning; reduce Week 12 volume while retaining speed and technique.
