PROGRAMME FACTS & PHASES
Verified facts: 12 weeks, three four-week phases, four principal sessions weekly, intermediate/experienced natural athletes and recreational trainees.
Weekly pattern: lower-body strength plus acceleration; upper-body strength plus throws/power; total-body power plus conditioning; full-body strength-endurance/capacity.
PROGRAMME PHASES
PHASE 1 · ESTABLISH STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT QUALITY
Phase 1 Establish Strength and Movement Quality: technical foundations, controlled tempo and clean force production without chasing fatigue.
PHASE 2 · BUILD STRENGTH AND WORK CAPACITY
Phase 2 Build Strength and Work Capacity: increase demand while keeping jumps, throws, strength work and conditioning repeatable.
PHASE 3 · EXPRESS STRENGTH, POWER AND CONDITIONING
Phase 3 Express Strength, Power and Conditioning: consolidate the highest sustainable outputs with reduced-volume guidance in Week 12 so testing reflects fitness rather than accumulated fatigue.

CHOOSE YOUR SUPPORT
SCOPE, EQUIPMENT & SAFETY
Not beginner-first independently, not rehabilitation, not sport-specific technical coaching, no guaranteed strength/speed/power/conditioning outcome, natural-first without enhancement guidance. Fitness/performance coaching not medical care; explosive movements require competency and suitable space; clients with pain, injury, diagnosed conditions, cardiovascular concerns or uncertain readiness should obtain appropriate professional clearance.
